Peanut Butter Bun and Rolls with Otentic Durlum (Trial ONE)

Quick Post for today..

Just arrived Puratos Otentic Durum..cannot wait any longer to try this new stuff (for me, well i know that this babe is around for long)..

Use only 30gr for 500gr flour…all ingredients and methode are the same with Bun with Otentic Dolce…

The end result is Good, nice texture, rich of flavors..but for sweet dough,  I prefer to use Otentic Dolce – which is out of the market
this Otentic Durum, I think  is perfect for Loaf Bread and Dinner Rolls…

Some of my note, comparison for Otentic Durum and Otentic Dolce…
*It needed more water then Otentic Dolce dough, i use 210ml milk just to get nice dough,
*take more longer time to proffing than Otentic Dolce Dough…(i made this bread last night and this morning with no sun around, so it takes 1.5hrs of proffing, next time i will make this on the day light with Sun around, so..let’s see …)
*The texture is ok, but more heavy than Otentic Dolce Bread…
*On trial to keep a few bun on the Tupperware for tomorrow, lets see how the texture turn up…
