***Daily Bread ~ Sweet Bun with Otentic Dolce***
250gr Bread Flour (I Used HIME)
20gr Puratos Otentic Dolce
1 egg yolk
180ml milk – room temprature
1tbsp sugar powder
*Mixed Flour, Sugar, Otentic Dolce with wooden spoon until even
*add egg yolk, butter and 150ml milk, mixed together with your hands until combine and form like dough..you can add milk if you feel the dough to dense until reach the perfect dough texture
*transfer the dough on oiled based and start knead, I also oiled my hand.
*Knead about 5 minutes until smooth and add the salt, continue to knead
*about another 5-8 minutes then you should get smooth and elastic dough
*round the dough and transfer to clean bowl, cover with clingwrap plastic and let the dough rise until it has doubled in size, which should take about 60 minutes in a warm kitchen.
*Lightly oiled your hand, punch the dough and transfer to the oiled based, and divide the dough into 20 pieces. Rounded each part and arrange in greased round pan
*Cover with ClingWrap plastic and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes, until doubled in size and puffy.
*Preheat the oven to 190C , and prep topping.
*bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top
*take them out off the oven and brush with the topping.
