Caramel Cake

One of favorites of my mother and Dewi (Kia’s nanny)
it’s so easy to make…
and thank GOD you don’t have to use mixer…just whisked everything and DONE
Put in the oven, and let the heat do the rest…

Tricky thing is just for to make the caramel, but as long as you caramelized the sugar with the low heat and not stir the sugar in the caramelized process, then you are doing great…

So here the recipe, and enjoy 🙂

***Caramel Cake***

200gr Sugar
200ml boil water
75gr Butter
Place sugar in the saucepan and cook with low heat until it become caramel
Then add boil water slowly and keep stir until all mixed very well
Add butter and mixed well.
set aside and let it cool

100gr all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
mixed and sift all together, set aside

1sachet sweet condensed milk (42gr)
4 eggs

How To
Greased 18cm tube pan with butter and dust with flour, set aside
Whisk eggs one by one and mixed well
Add Sweet Condensed Milk, mixed well
Add B into the batter and mixed well
Add A into the batter, mixed well
Pour batter into the tube pan
Put in the oven, bake at 150C for 40 minutes
Let cool on a rack for 15 minutes; remove cakes; let cool completely
Ready to eat… 🙂
